The rescue team has shared some photos of their recent mission. They received a distress call about a location that was in dire need of help. When they arrived, they found a narrow path that was filled with garbage and debris. To their dismay, they discovered a small dog who was chained there, helpless and alone.
I was completely overwhelmed when I saw the dog. He was so cute, and it was evident that he had been left chained up for a while, as there was poop around him. It’s hard to put into words how I felt at that time.
After his chain was removed, he could finally breathe a sigh of relief as he found himself in a safe space. He was taken to the vet clinic due to his poor physical state.
Armor is not doing well at all! The medical practitioners had to extract some blood samples to assess his medical status and conditions. They promptly gave him fluids and helped him increase his immunity as he was very depleted of energy. Armor has been attacked by severe weakness, fungus, and scabies which have all undermined his health. However, after a week, there are some positive signs for Armor! With the help of medication and a good wash, the skin problems are now under control.
Armor seems to be in a better mood and more outgoing than in the past. It’s unclear if he has completely moved on from his previous experiences, but it is clear that he still requires medical attention.
Fortunately, he managed to nourish himself after the ordeal! He’s currently consuming food in abundance to compensate for the days when he was on the brink of death due to severe malnourishment.
It’s quite astonishing to see the transformation of Armor after being rescued for over a month. What’s even more remarkable is that this adorable pup found a forever home after the rescue team posted his information. Two months later, Armor is settling in nicely in his new home and is now a fully-grown adult dog. Looking back at his journey, I can only hope that he experiences endless happiness and adventures in his future.
